For capture, pairing, import, or privacy questions, email www.geetanshsaini@gmail.com. Include your Chrome extension version, Figma plugin version if relevant, and a short description of what happened.

Keep private captures private. Do not email a .labr file or a screenshot of a sensitive page unless you have reviewed and chosen to share it.

Capture did not look right?

Try a viewport capture for web apps and feeds. Check the capture warnings for missing fonts, images, or blocked assets. Iframes and virtualized content may need manual work.

Sync did not connect?

Check that Send to Figma is on in Chrome, then create a fresh one-time code and pair the Figma plugin again. The local .labr file route remains available if the service is unreachable.

Need to remove a capture?

Use Forget capture for the local retry copy. In the paired plugin, choose Delete beside a synced page or Delete flow for the whole flow, then confirm. For help with an unsuccessful deletion, email www.geetanshsaini@gmail.com without attaching your archive or token. See the privacy policy for retention and other copies.
